What’s Up answered its 1,000,000th call on 4 September 2009,
almosty exactly eight years since it began responding to children
and young people in 2001.
For children and young people to know they are only a phone call
away from help is important for their development.
For parents to know their children have professional help at the
end of the phone is reassuring.
Helping children is important to What’s Up, but it needs
support too.
