We couldn't do what we do without the fantastic support from an incredible group of organisations.
OfficeMax is a leader in both business-to-business office product solutions and retail office products. Our mission is simple - we help our customers do their best work.
We’re also passionate about ensuring that children have all the opportunities that they deserve which is why our community programmes have one common theme – kids.
OfficeMax is pleased to have the opportunity to sponsor 0800 What’s Up. Through our Education Channel, we can spread the word about 0800 What’s Up so that more children and teenagers can access this vital free service that helps them solve their problems. We are proud to also give back to the community through Max e Grants, a programme which helps disadvantaged children with their education and our A Day Made Better programme which shows our appreciation for dedicated teachers across New Zealand.
Milford Asset Management
Milford is a boutique investment firm that exists to grow the wealth of their clients and New Zealand. They offer a range of investment options including PIE Funds and KiwiSaver.
Milford wanted to support a charity where they could make an impact. The huge calls volumes received by 0800 What’s Up show there is a real need for this service and through their sponsorship of two part time telephone counsellors we will be able to answer more of these calls and help children in need.
Plumbing Industry Charitable Trust
The Plumbing Industry Charitable Trust (PICT) is a group of plumbing industry representatives working to achieve the Trust's mission to provide financial support to organisations helping Youth at Risk.
PICT supports three key charities through a series of fundraising events throughout the year including Barnardos children’s helpline 0800 What’s Up and we couldn’t do what we do without the support of their amazing team.
Founded in 2001, and now in our 12th year, PICT we have now raised over 1 Million Dollars to support charities helping Youth at Risk – a fantastic achievement, thank you PICT.
Sticky TV have been enthusiastic supporters of 0800 what’s Up for 10 years. Each week thousands of children tune in to this popular show and see the helpline promoted.
In 2012/13 we received grants from: ASB Community Trust, the Canterbury Community Trust, the Community Organisation Grants Scheme, Eastern & Central Community Trust, the Joyce Fisher Charitable Trust, the Rodmor No 2 Charitable Trust, Trust Waikato, SKYCITY Auckland, and SKYCITY Hamilton.
