Lots of the feedback we get is really positive and we love that!  Now and again someone wants to make a complaint, and that’s cool too.  We really value your feedback, and we take any complaints really seriously.

How to make a complaint

If you want to make a complaint call us on 0800 What's Up or send us an email.

We’ll listen to your complaint and then talk to the counsellor involved if necessary. We’ll take into account both points of view, try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and give you feedback.
